These terms govern your use of the CRABX website, the AI architect intake, and any current or future CRABX products including SaaS platforms, AI agents, automation systems, and CRM/ERP software.

Do not use CRABX systems for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

Do not attempt to probe, scan, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

Do not scrape, mirror, or resell our content or interfaces without written permission.

Do not submit content that infringes the rights of others.

The CRABX website, brand, source code, models, agents, and underlying systems are owned by CRABX AI Technology Ltd. By submitting content to our systems (for example, project briefs or chat messages) you grant CRABX the minimal license needed to operate, deliver, and improve the service.

We work hard to keep the platform online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. CRABX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
